Festive tables, tasty nibbles and sweet treats awaited attendees during Healing House KC’s annual Holiday Open House on Saturday, Nov.  22. Guests filled the Recovery Community Center at 112 N. Elmwood Ave, as staff manned tables featuring items for the silent auction, a raffle, and two Angel Trees, and offered tours of several Healing House facilities.

Angel Trees allowed guests to “adopt” Healing House program participants and provide specific gifts for Christmas.

Founder and Healing House KC CEO Bobbi Jo Reed, dressed as Mrs. Claus, met with attendees during Saturday’s Open House event.
