Front Street beneath I-435 to close this weekend for paving, striping

Front Street beneath I-435 in Kansas City will be closed to traffic from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday, April 21 and 22, for paving and striping of the new diverging diamond interchange.

Eastbound and westbound Front Street between Corrington Avenue and Universal Avenue will be affected, as well as ramps connecting I-435 and Front Street. Ramps to and from I-435 at Front Street will be closed at various times for paving and striping.

The closure will require eastbound and westbound traffic on Front Street at I-435 ramps to only turn right onto or off of the ramps during paving and striping work.
