Saturday, Dec. 20- Neighborhood Toy Giveaway, 1 p.m. until toys are gone. 518 Prospect Ave. Northeast neighbor Joe Cedillo wants to be sure every child has a present for Christmas and a photo with Santa Claus. Child must be present with a parent or guardian. Toys for ages  6 months to 15 years.
