Kansas City Lawn and Garden Show
Kansas City’s Home, Flower, Lawn and Garden Show is back and will run from March 23-25 at Bartle Hall, 301 W. 13th Street. Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. Northeast Arts KC and St. John Gardens will have a booth. Story-Time and Craft
Join North-East Public Library for its weekly story time and craft at 10:30 a.m. This story time group promotes literacy in children with the participation of caring family members.

KIPP Endeavor Academy Open House

Coffee/Tea Club
Join Scarritt Renaissance for its first gathering of the Coffee/Tea Club at 9 a.m. in the home of Darlene Victoria de Lyon. Coffee and tea will be provided. Guests are asked to bring their favorite sweet or savory item. Email darlenedelyon@kc.rr.com for the address. The group will meet the fourth Saturday of each month at 9 a.m. at a different home each time. Those living outside of Scarritt are also welcome.

KC Musuem’s Community Curator Program
Join visiting Smithsonian Institution Scholar Gregorio Luke on March 27 as he presents a kaleidoscopic portrait of Frida Kahlo that explores her life as an artist, intellectual and political activist. The free presentation will include images of her paintings and documentary photographs, as well as rare film footage. It’s all part of the Kansas City Museum’s monthly Community Curator Program, which will be held at Union Station at 6:30 p.m.
