Youth Ambassadors paint murals to beautify blighted Land Bank properties

Kansas City Youth Ambassadors, an area non-profit organization created to empower underserved youth, gathered in the Historic Northeast on the morning of Saturday, January 27 to beautify vacant homes on N. Wheeling Ave. The Youth Ambassadors painted colorful murals on three boarded up homes owned by the Land Bank on the Northeast block. The properties chosen for the community service were 347 N. Wheeling, 421 N. Wheeling, and 440 N. Wheeling.
