Twelve couples say “I do” during the City Market’s annual Tie the Knot event on Valentine’s Day. Couples married in the heated glass pavilion at City Market, which was decked out in a Valentine’s Day theme. The Rev. John Navarre officiated the ceremonies, held every 15 minutes. Navarre has been marrying sweethearts at City Market for three years and said, “I really enjoy it. It’s very romantic. I’m French on both sides (of the family) and this is my idea of romance.” Each couple received a mini-wedding cupcake from Bloom Baking Co. and guitarist and singer Ted Luce provided musical accompaniment.
