U.S. Navy Blue Angels to stop in Kansas City for preseason visit

KANSAS CITY, Missouri — The U.S. Navy Blue Angel representatives will visit Kansas City next week for one of their many preseason winter visits.

U.S. Navy Blue Angel #7 and #8 are scheduled to arrive in Kansas City approximately 8:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17, and will depart around 1 p.m. from the Charles B. Wheeler Airport, Kansas City, Mo. The two U.S. Navy Blue Angel pilots will visit with Kansas City air show officials to discuss the upcoming 2015 airshow layout and their logistical needs.

The KC Aviation Expo and Airshow will be held on Aug. 22 and 23, 2015. Tickets will go on sale in December.

More information regarding the 2015 KC Aviation Expo and Air Show will be released in the coming weeks as additional performers and pilots are confirmed. As information becomes available on the 2015 KC Aviation Expo and Air Show, it will be posted online at www.kcairshow.com.
