National Bike to School Day

Northeast News
May 15, 2013

Approximately 60 James Elementary School students participated in National Bike to School Day May 8. Each participant received a goodie bag from Missouri Care which included a patch kit, coloring book, granola bar, bicycle light and more. BikeWalkKC signed the students in and also gave away bike related accessories. Maggie Priesmeyer of BikeWalkKC, above, far right, said the goal was to promote biking as a safe and fun activity.
