KCPD investigates homicide in Northeast

Kansas City Police Department is currently investigating a homicide that occurred in the Pendleton Heights neighborhood.

KCPD officers were dispatched at 12:19 p.m. Dec. 31 to the 1700 block of Missouri on a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim dead in the snow.
