UPDATE: Parents found!

KCPD is seeking the public’s help in locating the parents and or guardian of this little tyke who was found outside Phyllis Wheatley Elementary School at 2415 Agnes. He was first seen at Montgall Park at 22nd and Kansas. He says he is four years old, and best officers can tell he says his name is Sarkeef. If you know the parents or guardian(s) of this child, please call 911.

UPDATE: FOUND!!!!! The Grandmother of this lil tyke saw a news report and went to the Police Station to claim the child. Thanks everyone for sharing and keeping a sharp eye out.
