Frank A. Battaglia

Frank A. Battaglia, 57, Kansas City, MO, passed away January 2, 2019, after a long battle with cancer. Visitation was 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. with the Rosary at 12 p.m. on Monday, January 7 at Passantino Bros. Funeral Home. Inturnment was at Mt. Saint Mary’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in care of the Funeral Home.

Frank was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Battaglia. He is survived by his mother, Louise; his siblings, Nunzio Battaglia, Thomas Battaglia and partner Alberta Naylor, Mary Miller and spouse Thomas, Sarah Klinge and spouse Melvin, Joseph Battaglia, Rocky Battaglia and spouse Edie Marie, and Anthony Battaglia.

Frank was a loving person who was generous of heart to the ones he loved. His laughter and mischievous sense of humor was infectious. Frank was a painter and handyman by trade. He was passionate about fishing and enjoyed sharing the water with someone he cared about. Frank was a simple man who lived a simple life. The best part of Frank was that he put others needs before his own, often helping others before he would help himself. Frank touched the lives of all who truly knew him and was a shining light in the hearts of those who loved him. His mother, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends will forever hold him dear in their hearts.

May he forever rest in the arms of God’s loving embrace.
