East High School senior receives full-ride soccer scholarship

One full ride. East High School senior Francisco Escutia signs a letter of intent to play soccer at Maple Woods Community College. Pictured in the background is Escutia’s family, Claudia, Estela, Francisco and Blanca Escutia. Escutia will receive a full-ride two-year scholarship at the college and plans to major in chemical engineering. For more details, check out the Feb. 16 edition of Northeast News. Leslie Collins
