KCUYA Round the Clock Classic!
Join the KC MLB Urban Youth Academy in January 2019 for the “KCUYA Round the Clock Classic” fundraiser tournament located at 1622 E. 17th Terrace, KCMO 64108! The two teams with the most runs scored advance to the Championship Game! The event will take place Jan. 5, 2019 from 6:00 am to 11:30 pm.

Scarritt Renaissance Neighborhood Meeting
Scarritt Renaissance Neighborhood Association Meeting will be held at 6:30 pm at St. Anthony’s parish at Lexington and Benton.

Pendleton Heights Neighborhood Meeting
Pendleton Heights Neighborhood Association Meeting will be held at 7pm at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (1750 Independence Avenue).

Neighborhoods & Public Safety Committee
The Kansas City Neighborhoods and Public Safety Committee will be meeting Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019 at 10am on the 26th floor, Council Chambers, at City Hall (414 E. 12th St). All City Council meetings are open to the public.

 

State of the Northeast Forum
Neighborhood leaders are planning a State of the Northeast Forum sometime in January. Details on an exact date and time have not been finalized, but more information will be released soon.

 

The Mayoral Candidate Forum
Join the Northeast Kansas City Chamber of Commerce at “The Mayoral Candidate Forum” on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Northeast High School located at 415 Van Brunt, Kansas City, MO 64124 as candidates for the upcoming Kansas City Mayoral election engage with the public! The forum will be broadcast LIVE on 100.1 FM as well as www.OneKCRadio.org, and is the perfect opportunity for all Mayoral Candidates to engage with our community and get feedback on the challenges and concerns facing our neighborhoods. The event is free and open to the public. Questions at the forum are encourage. Be part of the progress of our city and let your voice be heard!
