AT&T workers are spreading joy this year by ensuring local children will have presents under the tree this Christmas. A group of AT&T Communications Workers of America in Kansas City recently delivered more than 500 toys to the Salvation Army Bellefontaine Community Center, 3013 E. 9th St. The toys were donated through the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program. Toys will be distributed to children in need throughout the community.

Each year, the AT&T Communications Workers group serves as one of the largest toy providers for the Angel Tree program, said Amanda Waters, divisional director of community relations for the Salvation Army.
