KCPD blocks off 100 block of Wheeling to serve property crimes warrant

Kansas City Police officers blocked off the 100 block of Wheeling around 10 a.m. this morning to investigate stolen property crimes. Officers served a property crimes warrant at 123 Wheeling and it appeared one male subject was being arrested. We’ll post more when additional details are available. Photos by Leslie Collins
