Dear Editor:
The fire hydrants on the western end of Gladstone Boulevard are painted a beautiful red, but this improvement only goes to Mersington Avenue. The hydrants on the rest of Gladstone Boulevard toward Indian Mound have not been maintained in this manner.
Who is responsible for this work? Is it the city or the neighborhood association? Shouldn’t the whole scenic byway be included?
