Children parade across the lot, donning Eastern European inspired costumes as part of the Sugar Creek Slavic Festival’s Children’s Costume Parade. Now in its 28th year, the Slavic Festival celebrates the town’s Eastern European heritage and was held last weekend, going off without a hitch. Musical headliner Alex Meixner celebrated his third year at the festival, performing both nights.
