Getting crafty. Area youngsters squirt water on their coffee filters to create a watercolor effect. The North-East Public Library librarian helped the youngsters turn their masterpieces into butterflies. Pipe cleaners, egg cartons and other doodads were used to create caterpillars. The library holds a weekly story time and craft hour every Friday at the library, 6000 Wilson Rd., at 10:30 a.m. Every week features a new theme. For more pictures, visit www.northeastnews.net.
