Tootsie Roll Drive. Cardinal Glennon Council 4613 based out of St. Anthony’s Church held their Annual Tootsie Roll Drive Oct. 26-28 to support its Developmental Disability Program. The tradition began in the 1970s and the highest dollar amounts raised occurred in 1974-1976. This year, donations were collected in Historic Northeast at the Price Chopper, UMB Bank, St. Anothony’s, Holy Rosary, Our Lady of Peace and Holy Cross Catholic Churches. Pictured above at Price Chopper are Knight Barney Klassen and Teresa J. Polito, a wife of a Knight. Submitted photo
