Northeast Kansas City Chamber of Commerce hosts a ribbon cutting April 25 for the Paul Samuel Franco LLC. Law Office, 4519 Independence Ave., Kansas City, Mo. In addition to the ribbon cutting ceremony, the Chamber hosted its After Hours event at the law office, which featured a spread of appetizers and drawings.
