Outstanding retail opportunity at Truman and Hardesty

For more than 40 years, the Truman Road Thriftway was a staple at Truman and Hardesty. A little over a year ago, the building was part of an aggressive development plan that would have brought a new grocery operation to the 3.3 acre site. That plan, however, fell through and the building is being listed by the Victor Ross Commercial Real Estate Company.

The listing consists of a 16,800 square foot building on 3.3 acres. A large asphalt parking area with one Hardesty egress and two Truman Road entrances is big enough to handle almost 100 cars.
