KANSAS CITY, Missouri – Ruth Ann Herron, 64, passed away June 9, 2014 at the home.

Ruth was born in Kansas City, Mo., Jan. 29, 1950, to Melvin and Maudie Sidebottom. She was joined in marriage in the 1960′s to Howard Herron. She lived in Kansas City all of her life. Ruth attended East High School. She was a housewife for over 20 years, while at the time being part of her husband’s tow company, H&R Tow, for over 20 years. before going to work for Rothenburg and Schloss and the Salvation Army for many years.

Ruth was full of life and was friendly to all, was “mom” to a lot of kids, and loved being around family, especially her grandchildren. She loved to fish, was always at the lake most of her life. Her sense of humor and smile will sadly be missed by everyone
