Hang out with runners along the Cliff Drive

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – This weekend, runners are heading for the cliff.

The Cliff Hanger Run takes participants along the Cliff Drive Scenic Byway. This year’s race takes place on Sunday, Nov. 2.

The Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (KCUMB) once again serves as host of the 8K and 5K race, as runners will begin and end on the school’s campus.

There are two start times for the race, as the 5K will kick-off first at 8 a.m. followed by the 8K at 9 a.m. The two races will both be awarded and timed separately. The 5K and 8K are a part of The Kansas City Track Club Race Series, but nly the 8K is a part of the
