The Historic Northeast Cultural Arts Commission’s traveling art show, Cultures Without Borders, is currently showing at UMB Bank in Historic Northeast. Three Northeast residents’ artwork was chosen for the show. Above, Tom Tacy’s acrylic painting on canvas, “The Puzzle,” is one of the pieces in the show.
